News Summary of Collaboration and Shared Services from 13th April 2016

Plenty of news and jobs for you in the newsletter this week. The predicted devolution project adverts are beginning to pop up too – very much in your zone of skills if you are a recognised Collaborative Transformation Practitioner or Architect.

There are still a few days left to register your council’s shared service so it appears on the LGA Shared Service Map 2016 at http://www.sharedservicearchitects.co.uk/LGA-Map-2016 or we can do it over the phone in about 10 minutes if that would help. Over 90% of councils, and over 300 shared services they are involved in, have been registered or updated by the sector over the last eight weeks. The map will be published in the spring.

Our “elephant in the room” sessions (see below) have proved very popular. Email me for an informal chat if you would like to know more about how they can accelerate your projects.
